For me, pregnancy and motherhood were two of the most transformative experiences in my life. But far away from family and caught up in the rush of modern life, pregnancy and motherhood were also isolating. There was so much information to digest and so much to think about. I was overwhelmed and felt very lonely.

I needed a community of women who could talk candidly about experiences together —one free of judgment and full of support. I found two women and they are still my support system to this day.
